I love this one - it's just too cute! I found it tucked into an old cookbook and just HAD to keep it!

Teriaki Chicken

Chicken wings - 5 lbs
Bottle Teraki Sauce
Jar Honey Soy or better(?)
Garlic
Bake in over (oven?) 1 hr

I found this recipe in a mostly-ruined hand-written cookbook. I saved as many pages as I could.

Chicken and Rice (Casserole)

This is a simple recipe that sounds really good!
I would think it could be easily modified as well -

For instance ...
Instead of onions, use fresh (or canned) asparagus. Then substitute a can of cream of asparagus soup for the cream of celery ... mmmmm

OR add a can of your fave veggies before pouring on the soup mix.

OR ... (okay I'll stop now - I'm getting hungry!!!)

Beef Stew Spices

This isn't exactly a recipe ... but several years ago I made a stew that turned out so well that Mom asked if I would write down the spices I used.

So I did.

This one looks quite tasty ... except for that whole stick of butter, and the cup of brown sugar ... both of which my doctor says are "off the menu" for me.

Sigh.
But they do sound really, really good!
